For custom materials: With MegaAgent Design as your creative partner, you can be assured of receiving top quality personal marketing tools. We will write and design your marketing materials based on your completed questionnaire, phone interview, and MegaAgent Design’s philosophies. Under this contract, you have three (3) months from date of purchase to finish your marketing materials, during which time we will make all reasonable changes and revision requests. If you are unhappy with your first draft, we will gladly develop a second draft. Any drafts requested beyond the second draft will incur additional charges. Your satisfaction will be evidenced by your electronic approval of proofs. Upon electronic approval (or after three (3) months from purchase date), this contract is fulfilled. All orders must be paid in full prior to commencing work.
REFUNDS: If, for any reason, you cancel this contract before work has begun, you may receive a full refund by sending a written cancellation notice to MegaAgent Design within three (3) days of the date of purchase. After three (3) days—before work has begun—all cancellations will be subject to a 25% administration fee to cover the overhead costs of having professional writers/designers available to you based on this contract. After thirty (30) days, or upon receipt of your brochure questionnaire, NO REFUNDS in any amount will be given. If, after three (3) months from the date of purchase, you have not returned your completed personal branded Website questionnaire to MegaAgent Design or have failed to respond to requests for information and/or approval, this contract will be considered completed and NO REFUND of any amount will be given. Sorry, after work has begun, NO REFUND of any amount will be given.
IMPORTANT: The price does not include printing, photography, monthly Internet hosting, or, where applicable, personal logos. Your marketing materials are completed in the order received. On custom orders, you will receive your first rough draft approximately 3 to 5 weeks from date of your personal interview. The MegaAgent Design copyright and phone number appear on all materials produced. MegaAgent Design reserves the right to use all materials created hereunder for its own promotional use. ©2016 MegaAgent Design, a California corporation. All rights reserved. All Creative Design work will be archived digitally for a maximum of 6 months from date of your interview.
On packages, the discount pricing is based on developing ancillary materials from your personal website design.
Guarantee for CD-ROMs, DVD’s, Special Reports and Listing Service Program. MegaAgent Design guarantees you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, simply return it in resalable condition within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Venue Stipulation. In the event any action is commenced to enforce the obligations of the parties under this agreement, the parties agree that such action will be venued in the County of Orange, CA.
Your calls to MegaAgent Design may be monitored or recorded for training & quality control purposes.
Copyright research and/or procurement on created slogans and/or client supplied photography is the sole responsibility of the client & at their discretion.
